Paper Club beta · October 2026
Paper Club turns one sentence about your child into a printed worksheet. This page says exactly what leaves your phone, where it goes, what is kept, and how to clear it. It is written to be read in two minutes.
What goes out
To write a sheet, Paper Club sends one short description: your child’s age, the things they are into, what they are working on, and your sentence. For the answer key it sends the finished sheet.
Never a name. Never a photo. If you give a child a name, it is printed on the page by Paper Club itself and is not part of what goes out.
Where it goes
The sheet is written and double-checked by an AI from Anthropic (the maker of Claude), over a private connection from the Paper Club computer. Nothing is sent anywhere else. What Anthropic does with the text it receives is governed by Anthropic’s own privacy terms; Paper Club sends only what is listed above.
What is kept, and where
During the beta, Paper Club runs on one computer in its maker’s home. That computer keeps, for your household only:
- each child’s profile (name if you gave one, age, interests, what they are working on);
- each sheet, with its page files and print images, so you can print it again;
- the scores you give a sheet, any sheet you report, and one technical line per sheet (your sentence, how long it took, what it cost).
It is not online anywhere. The person running the beta can see it; no one else can. Your phone keeps nothing except one cookie that remembers which household is yours, for a year.
Clearing it
- Clear a child’s sheets any time from the Library (“Clear history for this child”). Scores stay, without the sheets.
- Remove a child from their profile page. Clear their sheets first; removing the child does not remove sheets already made.
- Delete the whole household by asking the person who sent you your invite link. Everything above goes, your sentences included; the anonymous timing and cost of each sheet stay in our accounts, with none of your words.
Things Paper Club does not do
No accounts, no passwords, no email address. No ads, no analytics, no trackers. No sharing or selling of anything. Paper Club is for grown-ups; if you hand the phone to a child, kid mode shows them nothing but their own sheet.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or tracking of any kind. The Paper Club app sets one cookie, and only after you join: it keeps your household signed in on that device for a year. It is strictly necessary for the app to work, it is never shared, and clearing it signs you out. Because there are no optional cookies, there is nothing to accept or decline.
Children
Paper Club is made for grown-ups and is not directed to children. It collects nothing from a child: no account, no name, no photo, no typed words. If a child is handed the phone, every control a grown-up uses sits behind a quick grown-ups-only check, and kid mode only lets them pick from choices a grown-up set up. A child’s name and profile stay in your household and never go to the AI; that is how Paper Club meets the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Every sheet is written by an AI and checked by a second one for age fit before it prints. If one still gets through, “Report this sheet” tells us, and that sheet is never built on again.
Who
Paper Club is from Social Grinder Ltd., Washington, DC. Questions, or a request to delete your household: reply to the person who sent your invite link.
